This document is a report of the current trends related to the use of OSS tools/projects in the industry to identify the missing functionalities that the companies/organizations ask to information and document management tools. This report has been generated on the base of the questionnaires submitted at the workshop, celebrated at the “Conferencia Internacional de Software Libre 3.0” in Badajoz on 7th February 2007, and using the online version. The analysis of the questionnaires results and of the workshop open discussion note has identified the main important functionalities required for the information and documentation management in OSS projects.
